How do I choose the right bedding size?
Our products follow standard U.S. sizing (Twin, Full, Queen, King, and Cal King). Be sure to measure your mattress depth and refer to our size guide before placing your order.
Are your colors and patterns true to the images?
We aim to represent our products as accurately as possible. However, screen settings and lighting may cause slight variations. If you have questions, feel free to reach out for more photos or recommendations.
Can I request fabric samples before buying?
At the moment, we do not offer physical swatches. But we’re working on adding a sample service soon—stay tuned!
Are your products eco-friendly or sustainably made?
Yes! Many of our collections are made using organic, eco-conscious materials and packaged with recyclable materials whenever possible.
Do you offer gift wrapping or custom messages?
Yes! You can select gift options during checkout, including gift wrapping and a personalized note for that special touch.
Is everything in stock and ready to ship?
Unless otherwise noted, all items listed on our website are in stock and ship within 1–2 business days.

FAQ's – After You Order
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also log into your Ah Beds account to check your order status at any time.
I made a mistake in my order—can I change it?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us immediately at our email section. We'll do our best to make changes before fulfillment.
When will my order arrive?
Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. We ship orders within 1–2 business days after purchase.
What should I do if I didn’t receive my order?
First, check your tracking number. If it shows delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbors or your local carrier. Still no luck? Contact us—we’re here to help.
What if my order arrives damaged or missing items?
We’re so sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund right away.
Can I exchange a product after it arrives?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, simply return your product for a refund and place a new order.
